Helen Chan

Helen Chan has been with our firm since 2005. She focuses on National Interest Waiver, Extraordinary Ability, and Outstanding Professors and Researchers petitions for scientists. Ms. Chan is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Val Avtukh

Val Avtukh has been with our firm since 2006 and has specialized in employment-based immigration for over 10 years. Mr. Avtukh holds a Master’s Degree in History from the New York University. He is fluent in Russian.

David Leyzerovsky

David Leyzerovsky joined our firm in November of 2008. Mr. Leyzerovsky is a recent graduate of the University of Michigan, where he completed a bachelor’s degree in history, with honors. Mr. Leyzerovsky’s focus was the history of Eastern Europe and he is fluent in Russian.
