Andrew Fair Law

Maria Lopotukhin has been an associate with the firm since 2001. She received a BA in Communications from Queens College and a JD from the New York University School of Law School. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced corporate and corporate tax law. She specializes in employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. She has lectured on PERM labor certification process, and she is a moderator for the American Immigration Lawyers Association forum on Employment-Based Preference Petitions. Ms. Lopotukhin is fluent in Russian. She lives in New York City with her husband and son.
