Andrew Fair has been practicing immigration law for over 30 years. He received a BA from the University of Pennsylvania, Summa Cum Laude, in Oriental Studies, specializing in Chinese language and culture. He received a J.D. from Temple University.
Mr. Fair is widely recognized for his success with National Interest Waiver, Extraordinary Ability, and Outstanding Professor and Researcher petitions, as well as labor certification-based immigrant petitions. His many satisfied clients, particularly those in the academic and artistic communities throughout the United States, have attested to his creativity, problem-solving abilities, diligence, and warm personality.
Mr. Fair has lectured on immigration options for scientists and for teachers at colleges and universities. He has been appointed an Adjunct Associate Professor at the City University of New York Graduate Center, where he teaches a course on immigration law. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Spanish, and has traveled to Taiwan and Hong Kong, and throughout mainland China.
Mr. Fair lives in New Jersey with his wife, who is an artist and art teacher. He has two daughters, one who is a graduate of New York University’s filmmaking department, and the other who is a recent graduate of Vassar College.
